Basic Info BioI was a lot of things, and still am.
I once abused subtances, now I do not.
I am an over eater...and well that's got to change.
I am lazy as all shit, and that too has got to change.
I am horrendously out of shape and not at a state where I think my body is working at it's maximum.
This journal is separate from my sugary sweet one (username_tash) and will document my progress on getting fit and healthy and staying clean.
NO I am not going to stop eating.
NO I am not doing this for any other reason than to better the way I look and feel about myself.
So... NO i do not want any association with pro ana, pro mia members giving me tips on how to lose wieght fast.
That is not my mission.
